Ordering Process
and Timeline

GET AN ESTIMATE

Fill out the form below and we'll get you some preliminary pricing, or give us a quick call. We'll text over a few pictures and find something you truly like and give you a price estimate verbally and by email.

Then if it makes senses, we'll email option choices, structure drawing samples, and post configuration drawings and consult with you to confirm all the details. That way, when you are ready to place your order, you have everything to make your decision and have a successful project.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

After you pick the style,
size, and option preferences, we will order your structure for you. Once ordered, we will keep you up to date on the production status by sharing a link to your personal "build" checklist. You'll see everything about your structure, every step of the way. 

Additionally, we are contractor-friendly! So, if you're currently working with a contractor, we're delighted to collaborate with them.

Delivery Schedule and Lead Time
We'll give a projected ship/install date when we give you an estimate.  The timeline will depend on what product you choose and what time of year you order. Once ordered, about a week or two before your structure is scheduled to be completed, we will call to schedule the actual delivery date. Please check our JOBSITE REQUIREMENTS to ensure a
smooth build process.

Install/Build Day

Depending on the size of the structure. it usually takes us about 1 to 2 days to complete.
On the date of the installation we will arrive usually with 2-3 installers, to install your structure. The crew will arrive between 7AM and 9AM. Your Crew lead will provide updates to you if the project goes longer than a day. The job site will be cleaned at the end of each day, as needed. The job schedule is weather-dependent and depends on other jobs to stay on schedule.
